Personal property ~ please keep valuables with you at all times. Ancient Healing Secrets is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Quiet environment ~ please maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Cellular phones and beepers are not permitted in treatment areas.

appointments

Please note that it is recommended that appointments are made at least one week in advance when possible. However, feel free to call at the last minute to inquire about availability. Special package appointments must be confirmed with a credit card.

cancellation policy

While we realize that emergencies can occur, your spa services are reserved especially for you. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. All "NO SHOW" appointments will be charged at 100% of the service fee.

if you are pregnant

Your doctor or medical professional's consent is requested before we begin your treatment. If this is unobtainable, we request that you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service. Let us know when you make your appointment which trimester you are in.

gift certificates

Ancient Healing Secrets Gift Certificates are available for all services and products and may be charged by phone. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or expired gift certificates.

punctuality

Please arrive 5-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your treatment will start promptly on schedule. If you are late for your service, your treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next client will not be inconvenienced.

product return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you have purchased, please return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase, nor are they permitted on music or meditation cd’s. Refunds on Gift Certificates or Product Purchases will be credited to your Ancient Healing Secrets’ account and can be used for any future services or product purchase.

To get the most out of your treatment, please feel free to communicate with your practitioner. Your comfort and enjoyment are most important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your spa room, music volume or any other issues that come up.
